Hacking Trick

No Shutdown
This can be done by removing the shutdown option from start menu in anyone computer.
Regedit
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer
"NoClose"="DWORD:1"
